Meenakshee Kuntz has over a decade of experience as a Finance and Corporate Executive in many fast moving and challenging sectors. She has transformed her acquired experience and sets of skills to become a pioneer for Mauritius and Africa in social entrepreneurship and sustainability, including circular economy. Her cross-cultural versatility has brought her to explore bigger platforms and markets with the knowledge of the realities for insular states as well as demographic and social needs of communities. Currently serving as the General Manager of The Good Shop, a leading social enterprise and sustainability champion in Mauritius which has allowed her to participate in working groups and panels on policy making, budgetary consultations and bring awareness at national and international level. As the Co- Founder and Managing Director of Ezer Hadros Ltd, she has accompanied many corporations and enterprises to reengineer their business model and tap into amplifying their social and environmental impact. She has also coached start-ups and projects to build their ecosystem of stakeholders and find catalysis in innovation, collaboration and solutions whilst fostering financial resilience. Ezer Hadros is a collective of professionals who hail from core accounting and finance to mechanical engineering, agro industry and branding and marketing backgrounds and who are aligning purpose and values to entrepreneurship and social service.
